How does the Standard plan work?
You pay $44.99/year per active employee in Krip. Nextcloud users who are not added as Krip employees are not counted. Unlimited employees allowed.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Standard instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
When should I consider the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is for organizations that need self-hosted backend, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, or a dedicated account manager.
Is the Nextcloud app free and open-source?
Yes. The Krip Nextcloud app is AGPL licensed and always free. The paid plans cover the backend API service that powers the business logic and data storage.
Can I self-host the backend?
Enterprise customers can license and host the Krip Laravel backend on their own infrastructure for complete data sovereignty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is there a trial period?
New accounts get a 14-day trial of all Standard features with no credit card required.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant with data export, right-to-deletion, and configurable retention policies.
